Frequently asked questions
A watering schedule for your lawn is dynamic, needing to be updated with the current weather conditions and your landscape. Typically watering less is better: We recommend three days a week utilizing Hydrawise software in the Spring.
The best time to water an established lawn is the early morning, between the hours and 2AM and 6AM.
Backflow tests are required procedures put in place by cities and towns. Backflows prevent the pollution of the city/town water system from dirty water.
You should be adjusting your controller in tandem with your lawn's health and the weather. Keeping your controller on the same settings that were set in the Spring may not be suited for the system in the dog days of Summer.
Make sure there is only one start time on your controller. Start times are often confused with station run times on Hunter Pro-C controllers.
